Building from experience and passion

After more than 25 years, I began to see a pattern. Project success was not just result of knowledge or process, but through people who invest in understanding why the solutions were aligned and firms that develop their growth with clarity, confidence and purpose.

That realization became the spark for phase three perspective - a consulting practice built to help individuals and firms strengthen their growth potential, leadership capacity and position human potential with business success.

Journey of knowledge

The practice name reflects the natural rhythm of growth - a journey that begins with connection, deepens through inspiration, and is sustained through development. The layered centric forms of the brandmark represent progression and movement like soundwaves that amplify from the initial impact or foundation.

Each “phase” represents a moment of advancement, while “perspective” speaks to the lens through which we can evolve. It’s both a philosophy and a process - one that encourages professionals to align vision with action.

Connect , Inspire, and Develop

My professional path has woven though many layers of the built environment - from understanding design in commercial real estate to collaboration & creativity in studios to product alignments and brand engagement - layering in creative solutions, business operations, financial strategies with intentionality always.

Along the way, I’ve led teams, shaped growth, and guided people at every career stage. That experience revealed how powerful it can be when your purpose - to connect, inspire and develop - takes the industry knowledge and supports growth of the people within.

the why

Creating a platform to serve with intention.
